Roofing Project Manager

Job overview

The Roofing Project Manager role is onsite in Chandler, AZ, with regular travel between job sites. Compensation is a $70,000–$80,000 annual base salary plus commission opportunities based on sales performance. Arizona Water and Fire’s Phoenix team manages residential and commercial roofing projects from inspection through completion. The role oversees roofing work by assessing damage, estimating scope, materials, labor, and timelines, presenting estimates to customers, and coordinating production teams and subcontractors. It supports accurate, efficient project completion and a strong customer experience while maintaining safety, code, and company standards.

What you'll do

• Inspect roofs and assess damage
• prepare estimates covering scope, materials, labor, and timelines
• present estimates and close sales
• coordinate production teams and subcontractors
• manage material orders, scheduling, and documentation
• communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and field crews
• ensure compliance with safety requirements, building codes, and company standards.
