Life Enrichment Assistant

The Life Enrichment Assistant role is onsite in Indianapolis, IN. Compensation is $15–$17 per hour. The assistant supports the Activities department at Bloom at Willow by implementing planned recreation programs for community residents. The role organizes activities based on resident needs, interests, and abilities, encourages participation, and helps arrange individual programming when residents cannot attend group activities. It also supports safe outings, activity documentation, and communication with residents, families, and staff.

What you'll do

• Implement resident activities based on assessments, interests, abilities, and program objectives
• distribute the monthly activities calendar
• promote outings, arts, crafts, games, hobbies, and celebrations
• assist with one-to-one programming
• help transport residents to outside events when needed
• complete activity documentation
• communicate supply needs and resident concerns
• follow safety rules.
