Job overview

The Facilities Maintenance Service Technician 3 role is onsite in Tooele, UT. Compensation is $25–$28 per hour. The technician supports Natsu Healthcare facilities and helps maintain a safe, clean, and operational environment for clients and residents. The role performs a broad range of maintenance, custodial, and groundskeeping work, from basic system repairs to landscaping and furniture setup. Maintaining the physical environment supports resident safety, dignity, and well-being in a therapeutic setting.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and perform basic repairs and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, gym equipment, and facility structures
• maintain grounds and landscaping
• remove snow and debris
• move, assemble, and repair furniture
• assist with event setup and teardown
• organize maintenance and custodial inventory
• identify and report hazards
• follow OSHA, PPE, lockout/tagout, and hazardous-waste procedures
• maintain HIPAA confidentiality and professional boundaries.
