Manufacturing Chief of Staff

The Manufacturing Chief of Staff role is onsite in Ramsey, NJ. The salary range is $85,000–$120,000 per year. The role supports the CEO and senior leadership team of a globally recognized manufacturer serving military, aerospace, and motorsport industries. Acting as the CEO’s on-the-ground representative, the Chief of Staff coordinates priorities, surfaces issues, and drives follow-through across US operations. The role helps leadership stay aligned and accountable through project oversight, stakeholder coordination, meeting preparation, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Represent the CEO on the ground
• identify and escalate issues
• lead the monthly management meeting and track actions
• manage key projects and deadlines
• liaise with staff, clients, and stakeholders
• prepare meeting agendas and follow-up actions
• coordinate travel and expenses
• support presentations
• coordinate departmental reporting to ISO requirements
• collaborate with the UK-based executive assistant on executive support and calendar or email coverage when needed.
