Primary Operator - Level 3 is an onsite role in Willoughby, OH, with pay of $24.50–$34.30 per hour, plus possible overtime and an off-shift differential. The first shift runs 7:00 a.m.–3:15 p.m., Monday through Friday. Swagelok manufactures fluid-system components for industries including aerospace, semiconductor manufacturing, and deep-sea exploration. The operator independently runs and changes over manufacturing equipment, troubleshoots machining and process issues, and adjusts tooling and settings to maintain quality and productivity. The role also includes inspecting parts, maintaining equipment, documenting production, suggesting improvements, and training less experienced operators.

What you'll do

• Operate and change over manufacturing equipment according to work instructions and production schedules
• inspect parts using precision measuring equipment
• adjust tooling, fixtures, and machine settings
• independently troubleshoot machining, tooling, and process issues
• perform preventive maintenance
• coordinate or escalate equipment repairs
• document production
• suggest process improvements
• maintain a safe work area
• train and mentor less experienced operators.
