The specialist provides individualized coaching and employment-search support, working with participants, employers, and community partners. The role helps participants develop workplace skills, secure suitable employment, and maintain successful jobs while documenting progress and coordinating services.

What you'll do

• Provide individualized job coaching at worksites and in community settings
• teach job duties, workplace routines, safety, communication, and problem-solving
• help participants identify goals and prepare resumes, applications, and interviews
• identify employment opportunities and coordinate hiring support
• develop relationships with local employers
• complete progress notes and records
• communicate with supervisors and partners
• travel throughout the service area and transport participants when required.
