What you'll do

• Assess patient nutritional needs, develop and implement dietary care plans, provide education on healthy eating and post-discharge diets, communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, evaluate referral orders, document in medical records, conduct calorie counts, and review/revise menus for nutritional adequacy.
