Reliability & Yield Engineering Manager

The manager leads yield improvement, reliability validation, failure analysis, and process qualification to move products from development through qualification, ramp, and production. The role works across engineering, production, test, quality, and customer programs to improve process capability and reduce defects and scrap.

What you'll do

• Lead yield improvement across substrate fabrication
• develop yield analyses, defect tracking, yield models, and dashboards
• establish process controls and manage excursions
• coordinate with process, equipment, production, test, and quality teams
• plan and execute reliability qualifications and test plans
• analyze failures
• support process integration, product qualification, and transition to pilot and high-volume production.
