What you'll do

• Partner with operations and functional leaders on HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
• coach leaders
• manage employee-relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution
• support performance management, talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, succession planning, and leadership development
• ensure employment-law compliance
• support HR practices suited to transportation and logistics
• analyze workforce metrics and recommend improvements.
