What you'll do

• Research private-fund Blue Sky requirements and exemptions
• review sales reports and prepare Blue Sky charts and notice filings
• prepare filings for private offerings and Regulation A Tier 2 offerings, including fee calculations and renewals
• support Form D, Rule 506, Regulation D, and Regulation A compliance
• conduct state-level research and filings
• maintain knowledge of Blue Sky laws, SEC EDGAR requirements, and NASAA EFD processes
• monitor deadlines and state-specific obligations
• track offering documents and investor information
• protect confidentiality and coordinate timely completion of filings and projects.
