What you'll do

• Follow product specifications, HACCP, GMP, food-safety, and quality programs
• operate production equipment safely
• control line speeds and product quality
• monitor dough and product through production
• measure and portion ingredients
• inspect ingredients and products
• stage and store ingredients
• set up equipment and perform minor repairs
• maintain production flow
• document batches and lot numbers
• conduct inventory counts
• follow thawing and FIFO procedures
• clean and sanitize work areas
• attend daily huddles and provide break relief as needed.
