What you'll do

• Greet and room patients
• take and record vital signs, histories, medications, and reasons for visits
• assist providers with exams, procedures, and routine clinical tasks
• prepare and stock exam rooms
• perform assigned clinical duties within scope, such as injections, specimen collection, EKGs, or point-of-care testing
• document in electronic medical records
• communicate follow-up instructions and support care coordination
• assist with scheduling, calls, insurance updates, and patient communication
• maintain cleanliness, safety, infection control, and HIPAA compliance.
