What you'll do

• Mentor Retail Advisors on guest service
• coordinate community engagement and in-house events
• manage Zenoti appointment books
• promote product launches and lead education sessions
• oversee inventory ordering, counts, and adjustments
• provide admissions tour backup when needed
• create Retail Advisor schedules
• lead interviewing, onboarding, and training
• serve as Manager on Duty
• support service and retail performance.
