What you'll do

• Coordinate and develop program managers and maintain a transformation roadmap
• partner with business leaders to set program vision and strategy
• identify and manage risks and dependencies
• establish governance, approvals, and reporting
• track decisions and actions
• communicate progress and risks to executives and delivery teams
• oversee training, adoption measures, pilots, phased rollouts, and post-implementation reviews
• promote continuous improvement and mentor talent.
