What you'll do

• Complete admissions and intakes
• assess and recommend levels of care and continuing or aftercare
• monitor aftercare recommendations
• conduct family meetings, crisis intervention, and daily educational or experiential groups
• coordinate admissions and discharges with the program manager
• document progress, groups, and treatment plan reviews
• collaborate with families and referral sources as permitted by consent
• attend required meetings and trainings. The role requires flexibility to respond to emergencies while on call and occasional workday or overnight travel.
