The Floor Hand helps set up and take down rigs and equipment, handles and moves materials, and assists with casing operations. The role contributes to safe, organized work by following safety procedures, reporting hazards or equipment issues, and completing required safety documentation and meetings.

What you'll do

• Assist with rig and equipment setup and takedown
• load and unload pipe and other items
• lift, remove, and install blowout preventer and wellhead equipment
• handle rig tools and materials
• operate pipe handlers when required
• assist with casing running operations
• follow safety procedures
• report hazards, accidents, and maintenance issues
• complete work plans and job safety analyses and attend safety meetings.
