Senior Instructional Designer

What you'll do

• Lead instructional design projects from discovery and analysis through development, launch, and evaluation
• partner with subject matter experts, leaders, and employees to assess performance and learning needs
• determine whether training or another solution is appropriate
• develop eLearning, video, instructor-led, blended, job-aid, and performance-support materials
• ensure materials are accurate, accessible, and user-friendly
• evaluate program effectiveness and improve solutions based on results and feedback
• research resources and technologies, including AI tools
• manage projects, stakeholders, and deadlines
• establish instructional design processes, templates, and standards
• provide occasional learning-system and employee-learning support.
