What you'll do

• Receive and verify incoming materials
• stock and organize products
• prepare and verify branch orders and shipping paperwork
• operate forklifts, reach trucks, and wire-cutting machines when required
• load company and common-carrier vehicles
• inspect and perform minor equipment maintenance
• count inventory and reconcile discrepancies
• operate delivery vehicles to customers, company branches, warehouses, and suppliers
• inspect and maintain the company vehicle
• follow DOT and local and state driving rules
• verify order contents and condition before departure
• complete delivery documentation
• pick up returns and supplier materials
• assist with training entry-level truck drivers
• perform other branch duties as needed.
