Commercial Roofing Project Manager

The Commercial Roofing Project Manager role is based in Arlington Heights, IL, with an initial project assignment in Kenosha, WI requiring regular commuting for approximately 12–18 months. Compensation is $120,000–$130,000 per year, plus bonus and a company vehicle. The role is with an established commercial roofing and waterproofing contractor serving the Chicago area. The project manager owns the Kenosha project from mobilization through closeout, coordinating field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, schedules, costs, safety, and quality. The position supports successful project delivery and will transition to projects throughout the Greater Chicago market after the initial assignment.

What you'll do

• Manage the Kenosha project from mobilization through completion and closeout. Coordinate superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
• maintain schedules and production targets
• monitor safety, quality, and manufacturer requirements
• coordinate materials and logistics
• manage change orders and assist with job costing and cost control
• resolve field issues
• communicate with clients, general contractors, and internal teams
• maintain QA/QC and project documentation.
