Project Superintendent

The role exists to coordinate onsite construction work from commencement through completion, maintaining project schedules, scope, safety, and quality. It supports successful renovation delivery through subcontractor coordination, field problem-solving, and communication with project stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Lead onsite construction activities
• supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel
• enforce safety policies
• interpret blueprints and project specifications
• schedule inspections and maintain daily reports
• conduct site meetings
• collaborate with project managers on change orders and field issues
• monitor material deliveries and inventory
• ensure quality control
• communicate with clients, architects, engineers, local officials, and other stakeholders.
