What you'll do

• work with Kubernetes-based platforms, OpenStack, networking, servers, storage, and monitoring solutions
• support customer-facing work, including 24/7 emergency on-call support
• manage escalations across cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to resolve issues
• communicate technical concepts through documentation, presentations, and meetings
• apply project management principles and cloud operating processes.
