The scientist turns customer needs, industry trends, and research and development findings into product applications across dairy, non-dairy, and beverage categories. Through testing, formulation, project management, and customer support, the role helps promote ICL’s product portfolio and advance application development.

What you'll do

• Lead technical development of new dairy, non-dairy, and beverage applications
• test and analyze product and prototype functional and organoleptic properties
• develop formulations
• collaborate with Commercial and Front End Innovation teams
• visit customers and provide technical support and training
• maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, and scope
• monitor progress and escalate risks.
