Job overview

The Bindery Operator 1 works onsite in Timonium, MD, on the second shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Compensation is $18.49–$26.93 per hour. RRD provides marketing, packaging, print, and supply-chain solutions. The operator sets up, adjusts, and runs binding and finishing equipment to turn printed sheets into finished products. The role supports production by coordinating machine stations, monitoring quality and output, and directing the crew through production tasks.

What you'll do

• Set up, adjust, and operate auxiliary binding machines and related equipment
• inspect equipment for safety issues
• make adjustments to coordinate machine workstations
• direct the crew through production
• monitor quality, output, and productivity
• operate automatic bindery equipment as applicable.
