The Home Care Caregiver / Companion role is onsite in Winston-Salem, NC, serving client addresses within a 30-mile radius of the branch. Pay is $14.47–$15.30 per hour. Live Long Well Care supports seniors in maintaining independence in their own homes; weekend availability is preferred and some weekend work is required. The caregiver provides personal care, companionship, and household assistance tailored to client needs. By helping with daily activities, documenting services, and reporting changes to a supervisor, the role supports clients’ safety and well-being at home.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, feeding, mobility, and positioning
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• assist with shopping, errands, and transportation
• provide companionship and pet services
• document services
• report changes in client needs or condition
• respond to client needs and refer concerns to a supervisor
• attend staff development and continuing education
• follow confidentiality, safety, and infection-control requirements.
