The Fabricator – Darien Fabrication Division role is onsite in Darien, WI, with pay of $17–$25 per hour. The Scharine Group’s Darien Fabrication Division produces fabricated products using welding and metalworking equipment. The fabricator operates shop machinery and power tools to produce quality products, following instructions and blueprints. The role supports fabrication output through machine operation, welding, forklift use, and reliable work on a Monday–Friday schedule with some Saturdays.

What you'll do

• Operate press brake, band saw, iron worker, shear, roller, plasma cutter, and other power tools
• perform primarily MIG welding, with TIG experience encouraged
• read tape measures and blueprints
• operate forklifts
• follow verbal and written instructions
• produce consistent quality products.
