• Support daily café operations, opening and closing, and Manager-on-Duty responsibilities
• coordinate bakery production and volunteer teams
• grow catering sales and manage customer orders from inquiry through delivery
• coordinate delivery schedules and complete local deliveries
• train, coach, and support employees and volunteers
• maintain food quality, safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards
• assist with inventory, ordering, and operational planning.
