The role supports customer experience and financial performance through sales-floor leadership, staff coaching, inventory and waste oversight, and accurate opening and closing procedures.

What you'll do

• Provide strong customer service and address customer complaints and feedback
• support product selection, availability, and placement
• help manage staffing, waste, and theft
• reinforce product and sales training
• communicate sales goals to staff
• maintain store cleanliness and inventory systems
• assist with inventory, sales, and waste reporting
• ensure opening and closing procedures are completed
• supervise and mentor retail associates.
