This role maintains a clean, safe, and organized kitchen while supporting culinary operations. It handles dish sanitation and kitchen upkeep, assists chefs with basic food preparation, and helps set up and break down kitchen stations for events and service.

What you'll do

• Wash, sanitize, air-dry, and store dishes, pots, pans, equipment, and utensils
• operate and maintain the dish machine
• monitor water temperature and chemical levels
• keep kitchen, prep, production, exterior, and facility areas clean
• remove trash
• assist with basic food preparation, ingredient storage, deliveries, and event station setup and breakdown.
