What you'll do

• Represent debtors, creditors, and official committees of unsecured creditors in Chapter 11 cases and restructurings
• draft and argue motions
• participate in hearings and contested matters
• manage significant matter components and multiple engagements
• work with senior attorneys on strategy and advocacy
• develop client relationships and provide legal counsel.
