What you'll do

• Manage and oversee a team of cleaners
• inspect work for compliance with company standards, client expectations, and regulations
• supervise and train staff
• manage budgets
• create weekly staff schedules and assignments
• monitor inventory and order supplies
• perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, restroom restocking, and trash disposal
• cover shifts when required.
