The role exists to ensure tax accuracy, compliance, and efficiency for the organization’s joint ventures and pass-through entities. The Tax Manager will lead tax planning, provide technical expertise on distributive share matters, and partner with the accounting team to support financial reporting and strategic projects.

What you'll do

• Lead tax planning and structuring for partnership arrangements, joint ventures, and pass-through entities.
• Provide technical expertise on allocations, basis adjustments, capital accounts, and distributive share matters.
• Partner with the accounting team to ensure accurate tax provision reporting under ASC 740.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments related to partnership taxation.
• Coordinate with external auditors, advisors, and tax authorities.
• Support tax aspects of strategic projects, including financing, capital projects, and M&A activity.
