The Behavior Therapist, ABA Therapy role is center-based in Woburn, MA, with stated starting pay of $24–$26 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with no evenings or weekends. Anna Autism Care provides evidence-based therapy and paid Registered Behavior Technician training. The therapist delivers individualized, play-based Applied Behavior Analysis under Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervision. The role helps children build communication and social skills, tracks progress toward treatment goals, and works with clinical supervisors and families.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized ABA plans under BCBA supervision
• deliver play-based, child-centered therapy using the NDBI framework
• collect session data
• assist with assessments as directed
• participate in scheduled supervision and complete documentation
• obtain and maintain RBT certification
• build relationships with children and families and provide caregivers daily updates
• maintain a safe, organized therapy environment.
