What you'll do

• Advise on HSR premerger notification requirements and filing obligations
• analyze transactions for reportability and U.S. antitrust compliance
• collaborate with M&A deal teams
• assist with antitrust due diligence, integration planning, and transaction risk assessments
• prepare, review, and file HSR notifications
• advise on competitive overlaps and market analyses
• assist with Access Letter submissions and Second Request responses
• coordinate regulatory approvals and transaction closings.
