Job overview

The role exists to promote recovery and stability for residents by assisting with daily living tasks, crisis response, and behavioral support. The aide contributes to the team by implementing service plans and collaborating with nursing services to deliver holistic, trauma-informed care.

- document services in EHR
- assist with hygiene and grooming
- support medication administration

- assist with meal service
