Future Care Advisor

The Future Care Advisor role is onsite in Struthers, OH. Compensation is commission-only, with no base salary or hourly wage. The role supports Heritage Family’s compassionate funeral and aftercare services for families. The advisor guides families through preneed and aftercare options, coordinates arrangements and follow-up, and builds community relationships. Through sensitive, consultative planning and accurate documentation, the role helps families make informed choices while supporting community and business goals.

What you'll do

• Conduct preneed and at-need family meetings
• explain funeral, cremation, and memorial options
• complete contracts and required records
• discuss payment and funding options
• maintain CRM and preneed files
• generate leads through outreach and seminars
• maintain community and referral relationships
• provide aftercare follow-up and referrals to grief resources
• support audits and regulatory compliance.
