What you'll do

• Oversee parts sales from start to finish
• communicate parts status to customers and staff
• look up parts in catalogs
• answer calls and provide price quotes and information
• review body shop estimates for parts and pricing accuracy
• pull and fill stock orders
• conduct weekly bin checks
• notify the parts manager about out-of-stock items
• locate and order unavailable parts
• bill internal parts requests to service repair orders
• receive customer payments or obtain credit authorization
• prepare orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup.
