Business Development Manager

Job overview

The Business Development Manager role is onsite in Denver, CO. Base salary is $65,000–$90,000 per year, with an unlimited bonus opportunity. Atlas Real Estate’s stated mission is “Uplift Humanity Through Real Estate.” Reporting to the Director of Growth, the role develops new and existing markets through relationships with owners, brokers, and investors. It builds and manages a healthy business pipeline while coordinating with sales, planning, property management, growth, and marketing so expansion can proceed effectively and sustainably.

What you'll do

• Prospect target markets and build lists of owners, investors, and referral sources
• represent Atlas at industry events
• develop referral relationships with brokers, lenders, CPAs, and 1031 intermediaries
• respond to prospects and follow through on commitments
• prepare pro formas, rent comparisons, proposals, management agreements, and presentation materials
• maintain accurate CRM records and report weekly pipeline KPIs
• partner with growth and marketing on campaigns and events
• manage assigned existing relationships and identify expansion opportunities and at-risk accounts.
