Job Description – Civil Construction Project Engineer. Education: Minimum 4 Year Degree - Bachelor of Science in Engineering. Field Experience : 10 +years of working in site/civil construction. Subgrade, subbase, coarse aggregate, concrete, asphalt, curbing, general underground utilities (stormwater, electrical ductbanks, communications, etc).
