The role contributes through deal leadership, client advice, transaction documentation, due diligence, and coordination from letter of intent through closing.

What you'll do

• Lead and support acquisitions, dispositions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, growth equity investments, and other strategic transactions
• draft and negotiate purchase agreements, merger agreements, equity investment documents, and disclosure schedules
• manage transaction teams and due diligence
• oversee deal execution through closing
• and advise on corporate governance, entity formation, and ongoing corporate matters.
