The Seasonal Brand & Experience Specialist, Afton Alps role is onsite at Afton Alps in Hastings, MN. Pay is $25.16–$31.45 per hour. The role is part of the Resort Marketing Team and reports to the Field Marketing Manager; weekend and holiday work may be required. The specialist brings the resort’s brand strategy to life through events, partner activations, in-resort messaging, content, and guest-facing promotions. The role also gathers and analyzes event and guest-experience results to inform marketing improvements and future resort strategies.

What you'll do

• Help plan and execute events and brand activations
• coordinate with resort marketing, mountain operations, vendors, partners, and event staff
• support partner events, signage, and photo shoots
• capture and route content for social media and websites
• oversee in-resort messaging and promotional materials
• collect and analyze event and guest-experience data
• assist other resorts as needed.
