What you'll do

• Lead surveillance operations across assigned enterprises
• ensure required gaming-area coverage and regulatory compliance
• maintain working relationships with the Tribal Gaming Commission
• direct or assist investigations into theft, fraud, misconduct, and other incidents
• preserve and control video evidence
• identify patterns and recommend corrective actions
• oversee surveillance systems, access controls, equipment lifecycle, and capital plans
• develop surveillance staff and maintain independent reporting.
