The team lead supervises and supports Medical Assistant and Front Desk staff to help patients receive timely, professional service from check-in through check-out. The role monitors workflow, addresses routine concerns, and helps improve clinic efficiency and the patient experience.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow
• supervise Front Desk and Medical Assistant teams
• monitor check-in, rooming, wait times, and schedules
• coordinate communication between staff and providers
• ensure policies are followed
• support training and onboarding
• monitor attendance
• address routine operational and patient-service concerns
• escalate significant or recurring issues.
