What you'll do

• Draft and prepare assignments, motions, affidavits, and other legal documents
• respond to email correspondence
• maintain relationships with business associates and clients
• support attorneys in a high-volume environment
• prepare and file status updates before hearings
• provide client status updates and follow up on outstanding documents or services
• review expired Notices of Default and confirm updated figures
• monitor executed client declarations and file them with the court.
