What you'll do

• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, cash management, job costing, and operational finance.
• Lead and develop the accounting team.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Oversee WIP reporting and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations.
