What you'll do

• Onboard and train pharmacy sites on trial workflows, protocols, referrals, and data capture
• serve as a primary contact for pharmacy staff
• coordinate with sponsors, CROs, and care partners
• support scheduling and referral logistics
• monitor site metrics and recruitment progress
• prepare weekly reports
• conduct periodic site audits
• identify and escalate protocol deviations or data discrepancies
• support non-trial clinical programs as needed.
