Cook – Action Station

Job overview

The Cook – Action Station role is onsite in Mescalero, NM, and pays $15.50 per hour. The position prepares food at an assigned station across Inn of the Mountain Gods’ food and beverage outlets and serves resort guests.

What you'll do

• Prepare food and salads according to station guidelines, prep lists, and recipes
• maintain a clean and sanitary station
• operate kitchen equipment
• inspect freshness, expiration dates, and temperatures
• rotate products using first-in, first-out methods
• check stock
• clean the workstation for the next shift
• communicate workload and needs to the next shift
• and respond to guest questions or concerns.
