What you'll do

• Produce and submit recurring County and managed care plan reports
• maintain reporting calendars and trackers
• validate and clean data
• manage correction files
• track contracts and lines of business
• prepare Letters of Interest and certification packets
• coordinate credentialing and annual re-credentialing
• maintain provider directory and capacity information
• coordinate audits and compliance documentation
• route authorizations and requests
• support grant tasks and special projects
• and provide day-to-day oversight and quality review for reporting assistants.
