The Lead Service Technician is an onsite role based in Monmouth Beach, NJ, with a pay range of $25.08 – $35.12 per hour. The Lead Service Technician ensures high-quality service delivery by conducting audits, assisting with safety meetings, and serving as a primary point of contact for customer service issues and driver support.

What you'll do

• Conduct random quality control audits on portable restrooms, sinks, and holding tanks.
• Assist with accident investigations and safety tailgate meetings.
• Serve as a resource for drivers regarding vehicle issues and report deficiencies to management.
• Act as the primary contact for customer service issues.
• Assist with training and re-training of drivers.
• Perform daily pre-shift and post-shift vehicle inspections.
• Operate service trucks to and from designated work sites following company guidelines.
