What you'll do

• Prioritize and monitor maintenance requests through the electronic work-order system
• coordinate maintenance and janitorial schedules
• review pending work orders and communicate status
• generate reports and analyze productivity trends
• supervise assigned facilities staff
• support hiring
• coordinate supply acquisition and inventory control
• support procurement compliance and recommend inventory improvements
• ensure PPE is stocked and distributed
• implement safety protocols
• respond to emergencies, including occasional after-hours emergencies
• coordinate invoice processing
• safeguard keys and oversee equipment maintenance.
