The Clinical Research Coordinator role is onsite in Chandler, Arizona, and pays $60,000–$70,000 per year. TrialSphere Corp. is seeking a senior-level coordinator to manage assigned clinical trials from start-up through close-out. The coordinator independently manages study workflows, communicates with sponsors and research partners, oversees participant visits and study documentation, and maintains regulatory readiness. The role supports compliant, high-quality trial conduct and helps coordinate the work of junior team members.

What you'll do

• Manage assigned trials from start-up through close-out
• prioritize study workflows
• serve as an operational contact for sponsors, CROs, monitors, vendors, laboratories, imaging partners, and site staff
• review protocols and implement site workflows
• identify risks and recommend corrective or preventive actions
• coordinate participant visits and resources
• oversee source documentation, EDC entry, query resolution, regulatory documentation, and tracking
• support monitoring visits, audits, reviews, and inspections
• train and mentor junior team members
• maintain compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA, HIPAA, IRB, sponsor, and site requirements.

Why this role

Requires 3–5 years of clinical research coordinator experience and prior independent management of multiple interventional trials. CNS, neurology, Alzheimer’s disease, migraine, movement disorder, or complex Phase II–IV trial experience is preferred. CCRC, ACRP-CP, CCRP, or similar certification is preferred but not required.
